I am a sophomore at Wheeler high school in Marietta, Georgia. All 3 years of middle school I earned All A's Honor Roll Awards. Years ago, I started playing soccer, so I was doing that during 6th and 7th grade. 8th grade was the year I tried doing Track. Playing soccer, we had many tournaments. Many we won, some we tied for first place (and named Co-champions). In 7th grade, I had the opportunity to take the SATs and I achieved a qualifying score that earned me a medal and a seat at the Duke TIP recognition ceremony. It was a great way for me to prepare for taking a test like that before I take it officially, when scores are being sent to colleges. I even met the benchmark in my evidence-based reading and writing section, which shows college readiness. So, work that deals with reading and writing would definitely be my strong suit.
